File Format, Layout & Cover Guidelines

For best print results, please follow these specifications:

• File Format: PDF only (no password protection)
• Layout: Single-page format arranged in correct reading order
• Page Count: PDF must include all pages, including four cover pages
• Blank Pages: Add blank pages where required to maintain correct inside-cover layout

Important Page Count Information

One printed side equals one page. Every booklet includes four cover pages (front cover, inside front, inside back, back cover).
For example, an 8-page booklet includes:
